Finding Inner Confidence

At times we all feel uncertain about our direction and unsure of ourselves.
In this half-day course we will learn how to build an unshakeable self-confidence that helps us to approach each day with a positive and relaxed mind.
Through learning simple Buddhist meditations we can develop our inner good qualities and become the confident, happy person we wish to be.
Break time refreshments included.
