In this public talk, Kadampa Teacher Paul Jenkins will share inspiring and uplifting teachings on how to use simple meditation techniques from the Buddhist tradition to help reduce the stress and anxiety that is so often part of our lives, and increase our happiness and contentment.
Paul will explain how by training in meditation and mindfulness whatever we are doing, we can develop the mental freedom to choose happiness. Paul has been practicing and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 30 years, integrating Modern Buddhism into a busy professional and family life. He is well known for the clarity and warmth of his teachings.
No experience is necessary, and everybody is welcome.
