CLASSES IN YOUR AREA

These weekly classes, suitable for everyone, are an ideal opportunity to get some space in our week to relax, refresh and improve our inner peace. The classes include guided meditations and a talk to help us discover the practical benefits of buddhist meditation, demonstrating through our own experience how we can all learn to keep a peaceful, positive and relaxed mind in daily life.

  • Guided meditations with practical advice.
  • Seating is on chairs.
  • Opportunity to ask questions over refreshments.
  • Suitable for beginners and all levels of experience.
  • Each class is self contained, not necessary to attend all.
