From How to Transform Your Life

Lunchtime Meditation Classes

Monday to Saturday at 12:30pm

Suitable for beginners and everyone welcome, these 20 minute guided meditation gives you a chance to take a break at lunchtime.  The meditation will enable you to experience an inner stillness and sense of well being. These sessions are guided by experienced meditation teachers and are based on the Living Meditation range of CDs available in the book and gift shop and also online as downloads from Tharpa publications.

Please note: no class on 2nd November due to the Manjushri Empowerment

Last class for 2019 is the 20th December.

First class in 2020 is the 6th January.

Prayers for World Peace

Sundays 11:00 – 12.15am

Including a guided breathing meditation, talk based on the book ‘The New Eight Steps to Happiness’, some prayers dedicated to world peace, and a five minutes silence for meditation or reflection.  This uplifting class is a way to make a positive contribution to our world.

This class is free. Donations welcome.

Bring your friends and make a day out with lunch in the cafe and walking in the grounds and surrounding area.

Please note: no class on 17th November due to the Winter Fayre

Last class in 2019 is the 15th December.

First class in 2020 is the 5th January.
