The half day courses are suitable for beginners and everyone is welcome. They consists of two sessions (10-11:15am & 11:55-1pm) which include guided meditations and a talk on the topic. They are a great place to learn to meditate, or for those already meditating, to deepend their experience and consider more aspects of meditation and modern Buddhism. There is a forty minute break in the middle for refreshments. You are welcome to arrive from 9:15am for registration and pre-course refreshments and to stay after the course also to relax in the Centre, grounds or enjoy lunch in the World Peace Cafe.
