The class includes guided meditations and a practical talk about integrating positive insights into daily life. Each class will begin with a breathing meditation to settle the mind and then a talk exploring the topic of the week. This will be followed by a concluding meditation to help us take the understandings to heart. There is an and an opportunity for discussion and to ask questions after the class. Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary. Seating is on chairs and no special clothing is required.
