27. ‘Ultimate Refuge’ Weekend Retreat with Gen Losang ~ 30th April – 2nd May
£0.00 – £47.50
Friday 30 April – Sunday 2 May
This retreat is offered as both in-person and live stream.
Course details
When we are experiencing sickness or find ourselves in danger we naturally seek protection, or refuge, from a doctor or from the police, for example. Similarly, in our spiritual life we can seek protection, or ultimate refuge, from Buddha, to guide us along the spiritual path to enlightenment; from Dharma (Buddha’s teachings) to protect us from fear and suffering; and from Sangha (those practising Buddha’s teachings) to inspire us, show a good example and to help us along the path to inner peace.
During this retreat, Gen Losang will guide us to develop the beautiful mind of refuge, to fill our minds with inspiring blessings and discover how we can free ourselves from suffering and problems permanently.
Attend in person or by live stream (72 hour catch-up also available).
