On this course we will learn how to develop special loving attitudes that help us to connect with others confidently. Using simple Buddhist techniques of mindfulness and meditation we can solve our relationship problems, become truly happy and inspire others through our positive example.
Suitable both for those new to meditation and for more experienced meditators.
