This weekend meditation retreat will introduce simple and relaxing meditations that help you to develop a more peaceful and positive mind. The course will include practical advice on how to use meditation to maintain an inner experience of peace and happiness throughout your day.
The retreat is guided by Resident Teacher Paul Jenkins.
