02. Food for Thought ~ Friday 7th February 2020
The evening begins at 7pm with an accessible, guided meditation to allow yourself to relax after the week. This is followed by a two course vegetarian meal (vegan option available). Teas and coffees are then served. The evening finishes around 9:30pm
