‘A Calmer, Happier Life’ ~ 9-Week Meditation Course
Week 7: Why We Get Angry, Irritated, Annoyed And Even Hateful.
In these difficult times, happiness seems to be something beyond our reach and we have very little control over how we feel. Fortunately, Buddha’s teachings offer clear and simple solutions to our daily problems and difficulties, guiding us to an ocean of peace within our hearts. Based on the book ‘How To Solve Our Human Problems’ by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, each week we will explore methods for improving our human nature and qualities through developing the capacity of our mind.
These weekly classes, suitable for everyone, are an ideal opportunity to get some space in our week to relax, refresh and improve our inner peace. The classes include guided meditations and a talk to help us discover the practical benefits of buddhist meditation, demonstrating through our own experience how we can all learn to keep a peaceful, positive and relaxed mind in daily life.
