05. ‘Inspiring Solutions for Difficult Times’ ~ Saturday 26th September
£0.00 – £15.00
10am – 1pm
This class is offered as in-person and live stream.
Facing difficult situations is common – finding solutions that inspire us to transform them into opportunities for spiritual development is not so common. Buddha’s precious teachings show how we can accept and grow from whatever life throws at us.
If we understand how to control our mind we will be confident to deal with any difficulty that comes our way, and be able to help others to do the same. This half day course will explore practical ways not just to survive but thrive in these difficult times.
Suitable for beginners. Everyone welcome.
Everyone must arrive by 9:45am for a safety briefing. Everyone must wear a mask in meditation hall.
For arrival, you need to park on the basketball court. To access the court, just drive past the cafe courtyard entrance and down the lane passing the barn on your left, then the houses on your right. When you get to the house at the bottom (pond cottage) the lane bends to the right and then you will see the court from there. Then walk up to the meditation hall (left hand side of building) where you will be met by a centre manager.
