This half day course is suitable for beginners and everyone is welcome. The course consists of two sessions (10-11:15am & 12-1pm) which include guided meditations and a talk on the topic. There is a forty five minute break in the middle for refreshments. You are welcome to arrive from 9:30am for pre-course refreshments and to stay after the course also to relax in the Centre, grounds or enjoy lunch in the World Peace Cafe.
