‘The Joy Of A Good Heart’ ~ 8-Week Meditation Course
Week 3: Our main obstacle to cherishing others.
This inspiring 8-week meditation course is based on the famous Eight Verses of Training the Mind by the great Buddhist master, Geshe Langri Tangpa (11th century AD), as presented in the book ‘The New Eight Steps to Happiness’ by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, it reveals essential methods for transforming all life’s difficulties into valuable spiritual insights and for developing universal love and compassion, the source of true happiness for both self and others.
These weekly classes, suitable for everyone, are an ideal opportunity to get some space in our week to relax, refresh and improve our inner peace. The classes include guided meditations and a talk to help us discover the practical benefits of buddhist meditation, demonstrating through our own experience how we can all learn to keep a peaceful, positive and relaxed mind in daily life.
