‘Wisdom Advice for a Happy Life’ ~ 5 Week Meditation Course
Week 3: Learning To Build Protection Within Our Own Mind
Based on the book ‘The New Meditation Handbook’ by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, each week we will look at meditations that teach us how to make ourself and others happy by developing inner peace, and in this way making our lives more meaningful.
These weekly classes, suitable for everyone, are an ideal opportunity to get some space in our week to relax, refresh and improve our inner peace. The classes include guided meditations and a talk to help us discover the practical benefits of buddhist meditation, demonstrating through our own experience how we can all learn to keep a peaceful, positive and relaxed mind in daily life.

Please note that in order to attend the class you will need to book in advance due limited capacity at the venue.
Everyone must arrive by 7:15pm for a safety briefing. Everyone must wear a face covering as per government guidelines.
