Sometimes we can experience New Years Day as a little bit deflating and depressing. This day course provides the opportunity to begin the year on a positive footing, rather than feeling you are on the back foot. Resident Teacher Paul Jenkins will guide meditations and give talks based on the concept of a ‘Fresh Start’. Though a commonly used term, we struggle to maintain and substantiate change. All too often we find ourself returning to bad habits and ways of thinking that continually cause us problems and suffering for ourself and others. During the day, practices and methods will be explained, so you can empower yourself to develop positive aspirations, and then leave with the internal tools to maintain them throughout the year ahead.
Session One: 10 – 11:15am
Session Two: 12 – 1:15pm
Lunch: 1:15 – 2:45pm
Session Three: 2:45 – 4pm
