New Year, New You
This relaxing short course combines meditations and helpful advice from Buddha’s teachings to set us up for the year ahead.
New Year, New You starts on the evening of 30th December with a talk and meditation at 7.30pm. It ends before supper on 31st December.
Residential options are available and you can combine some or all of this course with our New Year’s Eve Event to make a really meaningful start to 2019.
