Worry can be a daily problem for many people in our busy modern lives. It can rob us of sleep, drain us of energy and stop us enjoying our life. On this course we will discover how training in meditation and mindfulness gives us the skills and the power to change our mental habits. We can let go of negative thoughts and attitudes and instead find a
deep inner peace that is not disturbed by changing circumstances.
Suitable for beginners and more experienced meditators.
