An ‘Introduction to Nyungnay: purification & fasting practice’ on Tuesday 13th April. Gen Losang
This class is an opportunity to receive an introduction to a special fasting and purification practice, called Nyungnay. This practice is a very powerful method for purifying our body, speech and mind, and for pacifying delusions. It is also a special method for receiving blessings and improving our experience of love, compassion and the supreme good heart of bodhichitta.
Those wishing to engage in the actual Nyungnay practice may do so by engaging in an indepth retreat via livestream only on Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th April. A separate booking is required for this event. This retreat is based on the sadhana ‘Drop of Essential Nectar’ and includes the practice of taking the eight Mahayana precepts. Details of the timing of the retreat sessions on 14 & 15 April will be available soon. The second day, 15 April is ‘Buddha’s Enlightenment Day’ and we will be celebrating this with special ‘Offering to the Spiritual Guide’ Prayers at 7.30pm.
More details coming soon.
