We should know that Buddha Vajrapani is an emanation of Buddha Vajradhara whose main function is to destroy the delusions of living beings by bestowing a special power upon their body and mind.
Delusions, like anger, uncontrolled desire, ignorance and jealousy are our real enemies also called inner obstructing demons. By putting these instructions into practice, we can temporarily subdue these demons and ultimately accomplish our final goal, the supreme happiness of enlightenment.
