Improving Our Relationships

Part 1 Wednesday 1st May – Wednesday 22nd May

Relationships are one of the most important aspects of our life. At times everybody experiences ups and downs in relationships. Drawing on Buddha’s ancient wisdom, these classes will share practical advice on how to deepen and improve our relationships Through learning simple, authentic meditation techniques we will explore how to live a kind life in a modern world and find real joy and meaning in our relationships.

What to expect in a class

Each class consists of guided meditations, clear explanations using practical examples, and an opportunity to ask questions.  They are taught by qualified Kadampa teachers and are suitable for everyone.

Classes are Drop-in and there is no need to book – just pay on arrival. Everyone is welcome.

Seating is on chairs and no special clothing is required.

£6 per Class or £25 for 5 Classes.
