The Meditation Toolkit

In these popular meditation classes you will learn how to use Buddha’s ancient wisdom to overcome your daily problems and find deep and lasting happiness. Each class consists of guided meditations on the Meditation Toolkit, with clear explanations using practical examples, and an opportunity to ask questions.
What to expect in a class
Each class consists of guided meditations, clear explanations using practical examples, and an opportunity to ask questions. They are taught by qualified Kadampa teachers and are suitable for everyone.
Classes are Drop-in and there is no need to book – just pay on arrival. Everyone is welcome.
Seating is on chairs and no special clothing is required.
